"We had a blocked drain. Dean arrived promptly, analyzed the problem quickly and was very methodical in his approach to solving it. In no time at all he had 3 manhole covers up and efficiently cleared the blockage. He explained what he was doing and why at every stage. Having cleared the problem areas he used his camera to indicate how the problem had occurred. He then hosed down and generally cleaned the affected areas. Throughout he was pleasant efficient and very professional. I have no hesitation in giving him 5 stars and 100% recommendation. Well done Dean! A great job."
